All orders over R1000.00 are delivered FREE OF CHARGE within South Africa.
All orders below R1000.00 has a Flat Rate of R150.00 within South Africa
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days after payment.
Nationwide delivery in South Africa via Courier Guy
Delivery by Courier 3-5 working days after dispatch
Tracking details will be provided once shipped.
Returns
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original packaging.
If you return your product, you will receive a refund of the purchase price. Please note: all refunds are subject to a 3.5% deduction to cover the transaction fee charged by PayFast, our secure payment provider.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
Warranty
HayButler comes with a 12‑month warranty covering manufacturing defects in the electronic unit or the canvas bag.
The warranty does not cover the battery.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the canvas bag, Electronic Unit Housing and damage from misuse, or modifications.
Warranty does not cover damage inflicted by animals, including horses.
CopperWorks (Pty) Ltd will repair or replace defective units at its’ discretion.
