Delivery & Shipping

  • All orders over R1000.00 are delivered FREE OF CHARGE within South Africa.

  • All orders below R1000.00 has a Flat Rate of R150.00 within South Africa

  • Orders are dispatched within 3 business days after payment.

  • Nationwide delivery in South Africa via Courier Guy

  • Delivery by Courier 3-5 working days after dispatch

  • Tracking details will be provided once shipped.

We ship worldwide, if your country is not on the list at checkout let us know and we will add it

Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is indicated at checkout. Shipping to outlying areas may incur additional chargers.

Shipping Timeline

All orders shipped via UPS or Fedex, shipping time is 4-6 working days.

Exclusions

Quoted shipping costs do not include duties, taxes, or clearance fees charged by customs authorities or courier companies. These remain the responsibility of the customer. All European orders now include above fees

Responsibility

Once a shipment has been dispatched, it is out of our hands. Any issues, delays, or claims must be addressed directly with the shipping company.

Customs & Returns

If a shipment is detained by customs or returned to us, shipping costs are non‑refundable. Refunds for the HayBuddy unit itself will only be processed once the product has been safely returned to us in original condition.

Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original packaging.

  • If you return your product, you will receive a refund of the purchase price. Please note: all refunds are subject to a 3.5% deduction to cover the transaction fee charged by PayFast, our secure payment provider.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

Warranty

  • HayBuddy comes with a 24‑month warranty covering manufacturing defects in the electronic unit or the canvas bag.

  • The warranty above does not cover the battery. Battery is covered for 6 months.

  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the canvas bag, Electronic Unit Housing and damage from misuse, or modifications.

  • Warranty does not cover damage inflicted by animals, including horses.

  • CopperWorks (Pty) Ltd will repair or replace defective units at its’ discretion.
